Donations

L'Atalante is a non-profit project promoted by the cultural association El camarote de père Jules which is kept alive thanks to the generosity of its members and different institutional aids from some universities which have been collaborating with us at different times in our history, but which we have seen drastically reduced in recent years.

We have never wanted to charge our authors and collaborators for publishing in L'Atalante, nor our readers for accessing the contents, but in order for the project to remain alive and to function autonomously from the academic institutions we need a certain economic independence that allows us to meet the current costs of publication (computer server, virtual hard drive, design and layout, etc.). 

Therefore, we find ourselves in the need to open the door to personal and institutional subscribers who, through their donations, can guarantee the survival of this publication window, given the precarious conditions of the projects gratis et amore. 

If you believe that projects like this are necessary, we encourage you to make a donation. However small it may be, it will be welcome and we will be enormously grateful to you.
