Shaila García Catalán is a lecturer at Universitat Jaume I and a member of the Lacanian School of Psychoanalysis in Valencia. In her teaching and research work, she explores subjectivity in relation to audiovisual culture and narrative writing. She is the author of the book La luz lo ha revelado: 50 películas siniestras (UOC) and is currently directing the research project Voces femeninas emergentes en el cine español del siglo XXI: escrituras de la intimidad [VOZ-ES-FEMME] funded by UJI. Marta Martín Núñez is a lecturer in Photography and Narrative at Universitat Jaume I. Her research focuses on contemporary Spanish photography and new forms of visual narratives through the critical analysis of audiovisual discourse, topics on which she has published extensively in academic journals and collections.
